How fast are orders processed?
We process orders within 1-2 business days, then ship via AP Cargo, 2go and LBC.
Can I change my order or shipping address?
You cannot change your shipping address or any of the items in your order once it is submitted. So please double check your order as you checkout!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept BDO deposit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) as well as Paypal. Unfortunately we cannot process 0% installment options for credit card payments online. You may avail of this service at our brick and mortar store only.


How long will shipping take?
Average transit time is 2-3 business days. In some provinces and farther areas, it may take 3-5 business days.

Return & Exchange

What if I ordered the wrong size or wrong color?
No worries! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt, just as long as the items are in the same condition as they were received (i.e. item remain unused, box and tags intact).

In the event that the preferred item is out of stock, we will give you store credit and allow you to purchase other items in our store. In the event the item is of higher value than store credit, you will have to settle the balance first before we ship out the item. In case of lower value exchange item, we cannot give cash refund for the balance.

Please bear in mind that all shipping charges back to us (Modern Mama) and again to you will be of your responsibility.
